House for Rent

There are total of five bedrooms, including an office Space and Four Bedrooms. All of the four bedrooms comes with their own private bathrooms and fully Air Conditioned. There is a separate Guest bathroom or Powder Room on the first floor. The main kitchen has a open concept that connects directly to the dining area and the main living Room. The Kitchen comes with a large Pantry/Storage area. A 10 seater movie Theater/Cinema is located on the left side in the main living room. Finally, the entire house is fully Furnished.
Guest House:
The Guest house comes with three floors. The first floor consist of a Laundry Room “ it comes with a Washer/Dryer”. A storage room/mechanical room and a staff quarters. The second floor has a fully furnished living room space, a kitchen, a full size bathroom with a standing shower, a large bedroom with a king size bed, a walking closet.
The third floor: Has a Gazebo/seating area that can accommodate upto 40 people.

1. An outdoor Kitchen with four gas burners, extra large charcoal grill, large size drink cooler and a larger Sink with hot/cold water.
